Quoting: KickinIt nope....my symptoms came back, I lost me balance and took a tumble last Monday and broke three ribs on my right side, two in the front and one in the back.... not much sleep for me last week.... Quoting: -Noahsdad- Oh ND, that's terrible. I'm upset to hear this! I'm sure the ribs are painful as hell, but I'm more worried about your balance. I hope this is nothing to get too concerned about. Maybe something as simple as doing too much too soon? Just try and take it easy, it can't hurt. And I do hope you're following up with the doctor. Quoting: KickinIt I was diagnosed with inner ear nerve damage a few years ago, then they found the AVM on my brain, my neuro surgeon told me that surgery may cure my symptoms but if I had inner ear damage then it would not... so I guess I had both, at least I don't have to worry about me brain rupturing anymore but they can not fix my ear damage..... this is my first day with no medication for me ribs, it's pretty painful, but I will live.... love you all and thanks for your concern.... Quoting: -Noahsdad- That's too bad. I can relate a little. As I mentioned I lost the hearing in my left ear a few weeks ago. Just got MRI yesterday to see if there is anything in there. If no tumors then it's likely it was a virus got to the inner ear nerve which I find a little hard to believe that a virus can take your hearing out overnight. I don't have problems with balance like you though, just hearing loss with intermittent stabbing pain. Think it's energy weapon or smart meter or some shit like that. No fever medications at the time that I'm aware of were taken in anywhere near such large amounts that they became ototoxic, because my mom is such a stickler for the right dosages. Deaf in one ear, and moderate > severe hearing loss in the other. Anyway. And ND - get some rest! I'm sorry again to hear about what you're going through. Totally not fun at all. |
