Afternoon. I missed a lot. And I drink nightly, I didn't know asking Simple27 was an option.  Good afternoon deano  Woke up with a headache. From the top of my brain, through the back of my neck and my shoulder and every time I swallow both ears pop. I don't usually don't just get head aches. I don't even think I slept rough. Of course coffee doesn't help. Ugh Sorry to hear it. That happened to me once, minus the ears popping. I also don't get headaches often but when this happened the pain that went down the back of my neck and shoulder was awful! And it lasted 2 or 3 days. I used a heating pad a lot during those days. It helped a little bit, but very temporarily.
