TORCON - 4 northeast TX, southeast OK, west KS; 2 to 3 rest of area. Isolated severe thunderstorms may push east overnight across east AR and LA. TORCON - 2 to 3 Fri Mar 28 - there are still differences between computer models, but most now suggest that the first upper wave pushes east and away from instability, while another disturbance pushes in and renews a severe threat behind the first area. Scattered severe thunderstorms in the west half of TN, west half AL, MA, north- east and east-central LA in the first round and east-central and south AR, northwest and west-central LA and east TX in the second round. TORCON - 4 northeast TX, northwest LA, southwest AR; 2 to 3 rest of area |
