Magnitude 4.0 Region HOKKAIDO, JAPAN REGION Date time 2014-04-15 20:35:03.0 UTC Location 43.58 N ; 144.03 E Depth 88 km [ link to m.emsc.eu] The Ionospheric reading is off the charts reading white again. [ link to www.gdgps.net] This has shown up at least 2-3 times in the past week. It looks like it's heading toward Japan.
