I didn't fully understand it. But, and this is embarrassing...I did try it once. It did help but I'm not sure if it was real or just my imagination. Well, I won't lie, I just watched that whole video! I'm open to anything.  i think i can listen to him to put me to sleep! Something knocked me out a little while ago. It's gotta be this new medication I was given yesterday. I was aware it could make me sleepy, but I didn't know I was gonna become narcoleptic! Lmao!
