Much better though my stamina is waaay below normal. I go back in in two weeks for another x-ray to see if it finally cleared up. They wanted to give it another month. No longer on oxygen and besides running out of energy, life is much better!!!

Magnesium and Vit D3!!! Also, get some Hawthorn - it really helps regulate your heart, blood pressure and cholesterol. Look it up if you are on any meds for any of the above to make sure there isn't any drug interactions. Hawthorn actually works as well as many meds for heart palpitations without the side effects and poisons of pharmaceuticals.

I found out today that some of the meds my PCP put me on are actually interacting with one another in a negative way and adding to my issues. Unreal. Thank you for mentioning that. You know more than my PCP.
