1dunno1 But when larger quakes get deleted I can't help but feel they are hiding something. But we saw it happen a bunch of times over on the quake thread I used to be on before starting this one. I'll see if I can find some examples for you.

Lmfao! You know those karaoke songs that have a little ball that bounces on top of each word that you're supposed to sing?? There was just a commercial on my TV with something like that and I noticed out of the corner of my eye that my kitten was getting low and shaking her little bum in her pounce position, while looking at the TV. I saw what she was looking at just as she jumped for it! Omg!! Too funny.

Ya know, I like you Chi! I'm glad you found your way to this thread and wanted to stick around with us. hugs

It's hard to say how often they get taken off because I'm sure we miss a good amount of them. Had we not all seen that one get listed earlier, we wouldn't know the difference now. We'd have no idea that it was ever listed in the first place. But it happens. I have screen shots of ones that were deleted and were of larger magnitude. At some point tonight I am going to try to find some that I've posted in the past on another thread.

I've also noticed that suddenly EMSC isn't reporting Alaska quakes. At least not the smaller ones that they were. Which is why I had to list them from USGS. What is going on??
