Know exactly what you are going through single mom of 2 had a job I used to wake up with chest pains and had a crying jag every morning before I went to work it sucked. Finally, one day I told myself it wasn't worth it anymore, it was just... a job. As soon as I gave my notice and put a few 'feelers' out there I had 3 great offers and they all paid better with better perks than what I left. Sometimes we get stuck in the rut because it's comfortable. Start exploring your options pray for guidance it will come to you.

Thank you AKO...this is what I mean. I needed to hear that. It actually gave me some hope and made me shed a tear. Literally. That's how broken this place has made me. Or allowed me to make myself. It normally takes A LOT to make me cry...but my nerves are so shot because of that place that I have broken down into tears at least a handful of times in the past month.

Normally a handful of times doesn't occur within a year. I'm gonna shut up with all of this tonight. Sometimes I say too much and shouldn't. Especially about my job. I shouldn't do that, but I just need to vent sometimes.

I have said it many times before, I really hate being a doom monger.. I haven't posted it all day just because of that, and I don't get it often, but I had that tense uneven-out of balance feel all day. It almost feels like it has been popped now. still feel.. :| eh. I have not experienced ear ringing or anything but it is a weird feeling indeed.

I agree with AKO, sometimes you think you don't have options when in reality you have millions. Your brain yells over and over and over and over again, No You Don't! You Are Stuck.

Turn that sound track off and say "Yes I Can" over and over and over and over. Write it down, 3 times each sentence and repeat it 3 times, then do it 3 times a day.

Zoom in over the USA including AK. There is that line again that bugged me yesterday or was it the day before? Day before, it was when the Colorado quake happened.

Aftershocks so far, starting with the oldest.

Not sure if it is true, but when I first learned about affirmations, you don't even have to believe it. Soon you will but in the beginning you don't. By writing it down instead of just saying it to yourself, triggers one part of the brain. Saying it out loud while humming a simple tune triggers another part of your brain. Saying it while counting also triggers another part of your brain. This is a basic form of "tapping" and by triggering all your brain, soon things begin to change for the best....or whatever it is your are wanting to change.

On AEIC it shows that area as Yakutat bay I believe. That is what alerted me in the past 24 hours, coupled with the Naden,BC seismo going OFF I was quite sure there was a big one coming. I actually emailed the NRCAN if it was possible interference, got a reply back this morning (before these quakes)

I have checked the data stream from station NDB and it looks very normal.
It is possible that the amplitude reaches maximum when the station is affected by a significant ground-motion maker nearby. The phenomena described in your message perhaps correspond to some of these situations. In most cases, they are not related to real earthquakes, but artificial activities.

It did the same thing the other day and yes, YS was also in the mix with a 3.5 or something like that again. There was something around Washington also. The line actually starts in the Puerto Rico area, straight to AK
