Thank you AKO...this is what I mean. I needed to hear that. It actually gave me some hope and made me shed a tear. Literally. That's how broken this place has made me. Or allowed me to make myself. It normally takes A LOT to make me cry...but my nerves are so shot because of that place that I have broken down into tears at least a handful of times in the past month.

Normally a handful of times doesn't occur within a year. I'm gonna shut up with all of this tonight. Sometimes I say too much and shouldn't. Especially about my job. I shouldn't do that, but I just need to vent sometimes.

I agree with AKO, sometimes you think you don't have options when in reality you have millions. Your brain yells over and over and over and over again, No You Don't! You Are Stuck.

Turn that sound track off and say "Yes I Can" over and over and over and over. Write it down, 3 times each sentence and repeat it 3 times, then do it 3 times a day.

Do it. You are reprogramming your brain. It works. Use it for anything. None of us HAVE to stay with crappy anything.
