Well, it looks like that text message I sent last night to my GM actually mattered. I am shocked. I received a text back from him while I was at the doctors this morning saying that a couple of the issues were already taken care of and the other issues would soon be taken care of. I was so happy about the couple of issues already taken care of, but I didn't have much hope in one of the issues which would "soon" be taken care of. He also told me that he forwarded my text to the owner so that he could see just how bad things were.

To my surprise when I got there after my appointment, more things were fixed than I even knew about. And that one issue I didn't have much hope for...has already taken a huge step in a positive direction.

So all in all, today was a good day. Awkward, but good. Better.
