I welcome some cooler air here. Maybe it's just me, and I understand we are all over the globe, and that some things/elements have different effects on people, but the sun is really strong this Summer (to me). At times I literally feel like my face is going to burst into flames, even when I am inside, but forget about it when I step outside. It's at the point where I don't believe the temps being reported. For instance, TWC currently says it is 67 degrees here, yet if you placed your hand on my face or neck you would be shocked! It feels (physically to the touch) like I have a rip roaring fever, but I have no fever at all. Is anyone else experiencing this?? I'm beginning to question whether or not I truly have an autoimmune disorder, or if something else is causing this.... Any and all feedback appreciated.  idk about that but on Monday my elbows, knees, bottom of feet and palms of my hands were bright red and hot to the touch felt like they were on fire. Told the Dr about it have been sweating and freezing all summer can't go outside sun blinds me causes weird prism eye anomalies.
