Sorry AKO....*sigh* Just as bad as you did way earlier??  My ears are hissing loudly with tone and pitch changes and my joints hurt :( I was just texting with a co-worker just a very short time ago and was explaining how bad my body hurts. And that it hurts to get up and walk.... I no longer have the headache (which was so awful) and I no longer feel like I am going to get physically sick, but my body definitely still hurts. I hope you feel better REALLY soon!!
