Wanted to share this from over on FOG. It hit me all at once and yes, honestly, it did spook me a little ...I think we talked about it here, that between Siding, Mars and sun, it could cause an electric arc that could also hit us on earth. Considering that 2172/3 are rotating back around to us, it could be a very interesting weekend. Here [ link to www.solarham.net] shows that 2172/3 will be -30 and 0 on Sunday. Dead center when Siding is at its closest to Mars. What were the chances of that happening. Imagine a 5 hour X-flare event???
