Once again some major sleeping issues last night. Even with tylenol.
And once again...zombie mode today.
This NEEDS to STOP!!!
I can only fake it for so long at work.

I feel like I have gone 9 rounds in the ring with a gorilla!  I almost don't want to say this, but I too have had major sleep issues for the last few weeks. I keep waking at 3 am or earlier or later, but very early, and I can niever go back to sleep. Bizarre! Sign of the times???
