1. December 31, 2014. An update to the Observation for a Samar-Mindanao Philippines earthquake has just been posted as of 1PM US Eastern Time. This update which may be downloaded from the link below reaffirms the July indication of a potential quake now estimated at between M7.0 and M7.7.

4. Test Program Observation 002-07-14-14 Japanese Earthquake. COMPLETED.

The IEVPC originally detected signals June 15, 2014 for a potential M 7.1 seismic event off the east coast of Japan.

The observed signals resulted in a M6.8 quake that occurred July 11, 2014.

This Observations was successfully complerted and posted July 14, 2014.

On July 21, 2014 precursor signals for a possibly M 5.0 to M6.0 seismic event were observed.

Estimated time for this shallow event are between August 25, 2014 and March 31, 2015.

The IEVPC has observed various signals that warrant including a potential seismic event in Chile in its Test Program.

No ponds or creeks or lakes? I am asking because SoCal has volcanoes and the sulfur smell could be related to a a vent opening. Usually those vent near or in water, at least what I have read with the many observed posts people have made.

Costa Mesa where I work is only around 2-4 miles from the beach (Pacific Ocean) I think.

Where I live is around eight miles inland and I am unaware of any significant bodies of water other than the ocean.

No, the fog is freezing a many areas. But the actual temps are in the mid 40s. But they are saying once you get up to like 1,500 to 2,000 ft in altitude it's mostly cleat and in the low 50s.

But my pic, and I just like 10 min ago walked out across the street and it's not quite icy, but slick as mud. It's just way weird weather, even for the pacific northeast

Sulphur smell can also be indicative of a pending quake

So what! I live 30 miles south of Seattle in Tacoma. When it goes, the while region is gonna die. It can be the Cascadia opens up, in the 8s or 9s or Mt. Rainier blowing. But yeah, I don't think any of that will happen in the next 30 or 40 years of my life. Yeah, and all the volcanoes in Oregon too.
