All morning there's been constant planes and helicopters flying about. Then this guy was flying around shaking the whole neighborhood up.

I live close to an AFB. But I didn't think they could fly around that low and fast over parts of the city? Even the neighbors came out. He flew around like that about 5 other times. Sorry for the crappy video. I didn't have time for settings. That was the best I got. He was going so fast each time. I could not keep following him well.
