I love that stuff. I buy them at Costco a while ago. You get 3 boxes. But I drink a lot, so 2 packs in a huge cup of ice water, as soon as I get up, I AWESOME. The berry is the best. I used to chug a Gatorade. But so much sugar.

So I have like a 20 oz cup. I dump two Emergen-C in, and sprinkle of salt and cold water. I chug it down. I've been doing that for a few years. I do right when I get up. Well, after I pee. And people think being an alcoholic is easy.
