I did 6 months on Electro-Technical study , I haven't got a clue :)

I simply (pun intended) want to know how to read the charts. Or not even read them, but know when we should be on alert based on what they're showing. If that makes sense. : ) Yeah I know , but alas aren't we all Dummies in the grand scheme of things ;~)
