Indonesia's Mount Sinabung volcano unleashes new powerful burst

A volcano in western Indonesia unleashed a new powerful burst high into the sky on Saturday, sending hot ash far down the mountain's slopes, an official said.
Hot ash tumbled down the slopes of the mountain as far as three kilometres southeastward on Saturday, said Wendy Cahya, an official at the mountain's monitoring post.

No injuries were reported from the latest eruption, he said.

Cahya said that as of Saturday evening, 11 avalanches of hot ash had been recorded, with volcanic ash released as high as two kilometres into the air.

Volcanologists have warned that smoldering rocks mixed with hot gases may tumble down from the mountain at any time.

Idk if this was a dream or not but did we have an x glare last night? Cause I remember it was small like a 1.1 x flare and than on Twitter some space account said we are waiting if it caused a cme and that was basically it. Yeah I think it was a dream

Haven't told anyone this but like early this week or late last week I had a dream about Yellowstone erupting and it started with a huge water explosion (geyser) and i was there during the eruption of the geyser and it made me limp so I was trying to run away from Yellowstone. What I am trying to say is that there may be a connection with my dream last night of the x 1.1 flare and possibly Yellowstone erupting. May happen may not but if there is a x 1.1 flare soon, than we should be on alert

That's awful. I hope you get some sleep. I had a rough week of sleep myself. I couldn't imagine being in physical pain from surgery on top of the lack of sleep. : (
