Watching Fox about the massive brush fire burning across the highway and many cars are on fire. Just horrific

This just looks fishy. Had to of come up suddenly. Too suddenly to have trapped those vehicles there. Just fishy

Better pictures show this is a bit of a raised hwy. Just seems strange that a brush fire on the side of the road caused this. I am very suspicious for it the side of the road doesn't even look burned.
