The one on Fox just now stated we all love Lincoln and yet he suspended hebeas corpus.......WTH????? that is a pure martial law statement and he was wanting it.

It was Lt. Col. Ralph Peters (ret) that made the statement.

Definitely didn't look like that truck that was spewing black smoke, or that boat, were close enough (initially anyway) to the brush fire to be set on fire like that. If the fire really 'jumped the freeway' like they keep saying, wouldn't all of the vehicles surrounding that truck be on fire as well?
