If they could get the fires contained that would be even better. No kidding, this is as bad as I ever saw. We need a 3 day rain! At least it is cooling down, but the wind must be hell on the fire lines! I agree, we need some rain. That will help with the smoke but probably won't help as much with the fires. It has been rough on the fire lines from what I've read in the news. Guess 4 people have died so far out in Washington. I am sure this wind isn't helping. I am guessing some of these fires won't be fully extinguished until the first heavy snow in a couple months. Similar to Yellowstone in '88.
