Air shows have been unlucky the last year or so. Remember the string of crashes last fall?

Good morning

Have not been on much

Been busy putting out spot fires at Rock Creek property the last 3 days

The smoke is a little better today

Fell asleep after dinner last night

Been having to take buckets of water from the river and hike them into the bush

Fire is still burning underground over a week after the fire

Very jumpy

As he says, the sun woke up for a little bit with a rather large sunspot 2403 - classed BG at this time but like he says, looks like BGD to me also. This means it does have the potential to put out an X-flare. Everything it does for a few days, will be earth directed.

Air Show crash...

Woke up this morning. It looked orange out. So I took some pics. This was around 8am. I'm sure it's from all the wildfires. But Seattle is so far west. For sure smoke in the upper atmosphere.

ya the house is good, got real lucky...

this is where the chickens used to live and a small shop,

that had my generator and kayak and tools...

that's pretty much all that burned, other than the forest on both ends of the property.....

That is the way it has been looking here. Can't even spend much time outside as it really is hitting the asthma big time. News said it will be with us through Monday until a high pressure moves out.

Cough cough, choke and rubs eyes. Reminds me of the huge wild fires we had here a few years ago. I feel for those just east of those fires. Best the hospitals are filled with respiratory cases!
