Head pressure is just getting worse today. Hoping it's just psychosomatic, seeing as we've all been discussing it today, but I don't think so. Rare for me to get.

My neighbor and I were talking this morning- they all feel a bit off. They think it is an allergan and I must admit mine have been brutal the last few weeks. The lethargic feeling along with clogged yet humming in my ears- that's new and different- been going on for several days now.

Also, I've never heard so many people complain about ear problems- - my sister, who lives with me, as well as my daughter and son also have clogged ears with ringing or humming noises, as well as popping noises- - like we're on an airplane going up, lol. My niece has a double ear infection (she's from Mass.) Driving us all crazy! The rest of us don't have ear infections, but that damn humming is driving me crazy!

You should try boiling a large saucepan full of water and add any Eucalyptus oil if you have any , put a facecloth over the top of your head and let the steam work away :)

No, I've had head pressure for the last few days now, starting just before the Chilean quakes. It's like a head cold or allergy reaction, but without all the congestion you would think should be there. And so so freakin' tired! I had to lose 2 days of work cause of it. I'm just drained. Today is worse than yesterday (I thought I was getting better). Also doesn't help that "Aunt Flow" has stopped by also, and worse than normal ... on Tishri 1 ... start of the EQs ... just lovin' the coincidences, don't you know!

I see the [link to abc7.com] seismograph is a bit jumpy today. But maybe it's like that every day, dunno.
