Yep that's what I mean as well with cell phones. The black 'borders' not being there. But I'm not sure where you're using a digital camera and the settings of it. :\

With my phone if I am holding it in a vertical position while recording a video I get those black borders, but if I am holding my phone horizontally I get a full screen without borders. But I'm not sure with a camera? I don't get borders with my camera so I wasn't able to offer any insight. : ) Ahhh, I get it. I will try again keeping it horizontal and see what happens.
