What the Dentist will never tell you because it will hurt their business. Use 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed with an equal amount of water, gargle and swish around for a minute or two 4 times a day. I always do this one to two times a week but if I ever have any pain I will do it 4 times a day until it goes away. Never had a cavity and my teeth are almost 50 years old.

I always used it. Managed to heal an abscessed tooth with it and never had to have a root canal. That is one tooth I have that is still perfect. All that tooth whitening stuff is horrible for your teeth, weakens the enamel. Simply rinse with pure peroxide for one minute, spit, then wait another minute, rinse and white white white teeth. Water/peroxide kills germs, lifts plague that causes cavities and keeps you out of that damned dentist chair! I HATE dentists with a passion I share your dentist hate too. I loose one molar because my dentist drill too much "accidentally" exposing the nerve and giving me an horrible painful experience between that day and the final extraction. From that day on, I try whatever before need to visit a dentist again... I for sure will try this... thanks !
