Those are from Sacsayhuaman, Peru near Cusco. it has been an UNESCO World Heritage site since '83.

These ancient monuments are rather fascinating. We will be exploring them in detail throughout the next couple years.

The rocks don't look real do they? Amazing construction.

Here's a quick look at what we will be investigating at Sacsay.
Sacsay Serpent

^^ These are aerial views. The serpent is depicted by the walls which is what you see from the ground in my sig pics.

Biggest quake to hit Oklahoma, correct?
 Quoting: KingJudah

I forget what the exact size of the last 5 pointer that they downgraded into the 4's.

Always do.

This one is now a 4.7.

Right...
 Quoting: Simple27

I think a few of us figured out, that when the large Oklahoma quakes hit, always a downgrade. Furthermore, it's almost always one full point. Right? Well that's what I've noticed. It's no doubt downgraded on purpose. You think they would at least not be so obvious and not always downgrade it exactly one full point. Dummies, we see. So others have to see as well.

Waiting on a smilie approval for this quake that was downgraded to a 4.7. It will show a big event, like the original 5.7 and NOT the 4.7

NP sometimes the downgrades are justified. This one maybe a little but not that much.
 Quoting: WhiteAngel

Okay, we just had a 4.0 in OK. It barely shows up here on the seismo, yet the so called 4.7 was huge on the same seismo. Anyone still think it was only a 4.7? I will go with the 5.7 like 3 of the other agencies reporting thought it was also!!!!

Good for I feel vindicated in believing it was a 5.7 or even higher. The only thing keeping me from saying higher, is OK is nearer to the seismos and that will always make it look huge compared to a quake in the Pacific that would look like that also.
