It is peanut butter fudge even though it has a slight greenish tinge to the photo. Must be the fluorescent lights in the kitchen. And for the first time I made some peanut butter candies. Not as good looking as Sees but it took most of the afternoon to make them and they sure taste great.   Peanut butter, mixed with a little corn syrup and powdered sugar until you have a stiff dough. Dip in milk chocolate and viola, instant Reece's peanut butter cups - well at least the flavor! This is actually how I learned to make cake fondant. I used to makes lots and lots of cream filled chocolates and the cream is called fondant. I would save the inside, zest the peel and leave the pith. Still going through the article to see if I can find any use for the pith = white part. Everything else is goodness.
