Afternoon or Evening everyone. Went to the store today for a lot of things. The store I go to is a Fred Meyer's. It's like a Walmat, but not near as cheap. Just the fact it's a superstore. Groceries, electronics, clothes, sporting goods, outdoor garden area, yada yada.

THE WHOLE PLACE WAS PICKED CLEAN.

Empty toy isles, empty clothes racks, even a lot of the grocery isles were bare. Their was no coke a cola stocked on 2 litter bottles, just the 15 empty slots. Milk was also bare. Just skim was about all they had in quantity. They didn't even have the crackers I like. I walked to the back, and even housewares was empty. Almost one whole isle was empty. I'm assuming it was where sheet sets were. You get the idea. Even the area they have furniture was pretty bare.

Then the odd thing. I walked into the electronics. A lot was picked clean too. But they had TVs up the galore. Like 6 or 7 stacks on the floor. Not all of them cheap either. I wish I needed a good quality TV. They had a stack of Sharp AQUOS 65" TVs for $735 (with coupons). Even Best Buy wants $999 for the same model. But, who doesn't have a couple big flat LED/LCD TVs, already? I think this might have been the last year for stores to make most of their money on TVs for the big sale weekend. Because we all have them now. On the flip side, they just had the most expense laptops in stock. Even then it just like 1 or 2 boxes, where there's room for a stack of 8 or 10.
