For all us US peeps. Starting next year, lots of free entrance days to all National Parks. It's to celebrate the centennial 1916-2016. January 18: Martin Luther King Jr. Day April 16 through 24: National Park WeekAugust 25 through 28: National Park Service Birthday September 24: National Public Lands Day November 11: Veterans Day Don't forget the active duty military and dependents members can always get a free pass. All of you old peeps 62+ can get lifetime passes for $20. [ link to store.usgs.gov]  Thanks Deano. Our National Parks are always a great value. Discounts and free is great !! wow they charge you in the USA to go for a walk in the bush  Not all National Parks charge and entrance fee. A lot of State parks don't charge entrance fees either.
