Noah: Highlights of 4 p.m. update
Chester County Sheriff Blair Weaver said in a press conference this afternoon he believes law enforcement has done a thorough search. He said volunteers will not be used tonight due to the threat of inclement weather.

Madison County Sheriff John Mehr said they've combed the area about 10 times, the terrain is "awful," and that law enforcement appreciates all the help from volunteers.
