He is, Gomez. There were seemingly unrelated events that happened two weeks prior to his heart attack that eased this entire situation. With God's hand at work, everything fell exactly into place and began to make sense. Again, we are so very blessed but I think you know what I'm talking about.

We were camping on Pax River NAS [its a huge base with camping sites, mostly primitive] when the Blue Angels were there and buzzed the campgrounds en route to the test pilot school. It made our teeth rattle. The Blue Angels appear to be travelling at terrific speed and in formation, but compared to some other pilots and aircraft there, they were like old ladies on a 8 lane expressway riding the berm.

They will come up with the appropriate [not necessarily accurate] story on what happened with the booms today, and then in a couple days the story will disappear. Investigative reporters will just have to use their imagination, but many of them do that already.

Thanks Big D and Simple, my husband's a tough old bird but God's hand was at work from the second he had a heart attack to this day. We are so very blessed and grateful.

Hi guys, just been reading the thread a bit on the sonic booms. My husband and I lived near Pax River NAS near the bay. Pax NAS houses a test pilot school and has on board different types of planes not only in development but also newly launched.

To make a long story short, the pilots used an island in Breton Bay for dropping dead bombs on test runs. They would fly so low sometimes that glasses would rattle in the cupboards then the BOOM would shake the house. It could be specific to the area we were living in [Breton Bay] but generally we would be alerted when those runs were made so that people were not calling 911 to report explosions or EQs. In other words the military does not like to scare the crap out of people because then they become very curious.

The fact that NORAD is reporting no one there knew anything about it is highly suspicious to me. This might need further digging.

Husband is doing very well and is walking around the CVR unit unassisted [no walker, no one holding him up] like Billy Badass. Except for all the tubes and wires you would never know he just had a triple bypass. He is expected to be home perhaps this weekend. I can't tell you how much your prayers meant to both of us. Again, thank you.

PS By the time you hear the boom the plane is gone. There is nothing to see if you happen to be outside and look up after the boom.

Yep. I'm trying to think about what type of sound, at what force level, would be required to crack sidewalks and is a plane's motion [including all the variables] capable of producing that effect.
