I miss them too and wish they would come back but I think they were embarrassed that nothing happened in 2012 and disappeared because of that

I went to the Chinese place up the street a couple hours ago. They just open for dinner hours, 3pm until 10pm. I just wanted some Chinese BBQ pork. She said the roasts just came out of the oven and I needed to wait for the guys to slice some up. Or I could just take a roast home not sliced, but I'd have to order an order of three. One order is 7 slices and $8, but it's really good and the real deal. I said that would be okay. When she rang me up, she just charged me for two orders and said it was because I had to slice it myself. Random things like that always give me hope for us Americans and humans in general.

Gabe had other more important duties to attend to. First, his blessed mama and then the outreach work. And ElQ was furthering his studies. HaShem just had new paths lined up for them to follow where they could bless others.

Got a line of thunderstorms that's about 30 miles from me now. It dumped 1 1/2 inches on Bloomington in less than an hour.

Hope the electric stays on.

I've noticed for about a week and a half now, I've been constantly thirsty. I can't get enough ice water. When I'm at work, every time I pass the water cooler, I down 2 paper cups. I do that 5 times a day. I'll take a drink, sit it down. Think to myself, oh that's so good. Then just down the rest. I've just been trying to drink water and iced tea lately. Well other then vodka and seltzer, like usual. It's not like I'm dehyded either. My urine is as clear as water, throughout the day and evenings. I'm wondering if it's a sign of something bigger wrong with me.

Same as Haun...Indiana. She's just north of Bloomington. I'm in the southeast corner, about 50 miles from Cincinnati, Oh.

Have you been checked for diabetes lately? Excessive thirst is a symptom of that.

And if you're craving ice, that's a sign of anemia. Check your iron.

Ok. My daughter and her family are living on the outskirts of Indianapolis. Several cousins around Crawfordville.

The line of storms already went through Indy. Not bad storms, just ALOT of rain in a short time. Low lying areas are under flash flood watch.

Ok....so once again, Im basically a GLP virgin here....but if you find a thread, posted by an AC....and its extremely offensive/abusive.....is there anything you can do about it??? Just wondering!!!

But it depends on what it is though. The mods have discretion on what is and what isn't.

Interesting you say that about ice. I been eating the ice once it melts some. I usually don't do that. But I'm just so thirsty and cold feels so good lately. But I think I'm getting plenty of Iron. I have nice rare steak about once a week. I also like chicken hearts and beef liver. I eat a lot of nuts too. I'll see if this keeps going on for a while. Because I am fat and getting close to a few years from 40. I could be getting to diabetes. I don't eat a lot of sweets though, and I never really have, even as a kid. But I do like a Blackberry pie every other week from the dinner up the street. They make and bake them there.
