I was couch bound again today (no energy to do much of anything). I am going to consciously start today to stop resisting this lethargy sentence. I am going to embrace it and enjoy it. I make my own schedule so I am fortunate that I can work around the lethargy sentence and I am going to focus on my gratitude for that. I'm sick of moaning to myself about no energy. Putting it in print will help me to stick to my new goal. Thanks for listening.
