For sure but I have a little allergy induced asthma, it was really warm here today, allergens en masse so lungs are taxed a bit. I'm sorry. I drink warm lemon cayenne water every morning to prevent allergy issues. People think I'm crazy though... That's such a good idea. I do lots of food as medicine stuff but didn't think of that one. Thanks.
