I can remember a little bit from them....but I'd rather not. I think that may be why I dont like sleeping still to this day. My cousin is in her early 20's and still has night terrors. It's pretty serious. She cannot sleep alone. Otherwise she has them. She used to come over and spend the night with me a lot, but she recently moved to New Hampshire. I feel so bad that she goes through that. Poor kid has been through a lot. :\ Wow...I couldnt imagine having them now. Thats actually a big fear of mine...thinking about them returning. Sleeping alone combined with stress can definitely trigger them.....which is why I have to sleep with a movie on, lol....dont feel quite as alone then!! I didn't realize she was still going through them so seriously until I was talking to my aunt (her mom) on Easter. It makes sense to keep the TV on for that reason. Sorry you went through that. The saddest part is what causes night terrors for so many. I know what started mine...but thats another story for another time. Sorry for "ranting" lol  |
