I see someone was up all night! This seriously works me, sometimes I can't even believe it. Native American Indian cure for insomnia. Do three slow circles (spins) while standing barefoot on the ground. I shake off energy from arms, legs, hands, then comb my auric field like running my fingers through my hair. If you dab a little relazing essential oil behind your ears when you come inside, all the better. Lavender works beautifully. Last couple nights I used frankinsense.

Thank YOU! Yes, I've had a really rough week as far as my sleep goes. Lots of stress this week from many angles.

Personal life stress issues have calmed down a tiny bit, which is good enough for me. Any life pressure relief is a good thing.

Interesting, wow, didn't know that about the rats and weasels. I coaxed a feral cat in at the end of the summer and into the fall. It took about 3 months to win him over. He is such a cutie. He sleeps all day and carouses all night, lol. He loves the weather now as I leave the French doors open a bit and he can come in and out as he please. My dog was very hospital and was kind to the kitty while he was making the adjustment. Love the "stories from the countryside" deano.

Indeed. This week can suck my ass too. I said to hell with it. I am just gonna take my work home since I have a little left.
