Yep, all time record for me. And the way that I am, I do NOT like having a pile of work sitting there. So I go at it hardcore, like a maniac almost, and finish in 2 days what it would take my coworkers weeks to do. No joke.

I need my stuff to be done. Knowing I have something (or multiple things) hanging over my head just doesn't work for me. So I practically kill myself getting ridiculous amounts of work done in a very short period.

But.....I am SOOOOO relieved that it's done and I came home tonight with ZERO files. I can actually just relax this weekend. : )

Isis...I smooth my energy field during my exhales through my crown as I am doing.my yoga work out. I mixed lavender essential.oil with water so that I can spritz myself as needed...especially in the evenings. You are right it really does help.
This evening...I can feel that anxious energy...very intense...ears shrill too. The anxious bugs me as I am a laid back person...so it is not something I have much experience with. I keep releasing it to the universe.

HI I'm, I think I know that anxious feeling you speak of. When it gets too much for me, I do that bath with the baking soda and sea salt. I think you've seen me post that before. It can sometimes take up to 20 minutes in the bath before the anxious feel subsides.
