I didn't cook, but dinner was pork chops, with green beans, mushroom sauce over eggs noodles and some fancy cottage cheese. IMAGE ( [ link to i.imgur.com] ) No dinner pic is complete without the beer  I'm getting used to Coors Light. It's not good at all. I and another room mate like better, yet still cheap beer. The other two room mates like Coors Light, so there's always like 20 in the fridge. Easy to grab one. Specifically if I didn't make it to the store. I do miss the city. Like now, it's 10:30 and not like I can walk just 4 blocks to the corner store for beer. Lol, I've lived in the country...and know the struggles!! I choose Newcastle Brown Ale over most beers...but thats just me
