Have ya ever been experimenting in the kitchen and made something that turned out so good, you couldn't stop eating it?

I boiled some veggie rotini noodles and drained Chopped up and added: turkey pepperoni green pepper purple onion mild banana peppers sliced baby bella mushrooms 1/2 jar of pizza sauce Layered the mixture and fresh sliced motzerella in a square baking dish...topped with motz and imitation bacon bits. Baked until the cheese just turned golden brown. Thanks J! I love me a good casserole dish. Have to look up rotini noodles.
