Hi to all! Just checking in before heading out to see my friend perform in her musical tonight. Looks to be a cute premise, so it should be fun. Glad to have a mellow evening-slept like shit last night and have been dragging all day. That's after a full week of dragging myself out of bed every morning and never feeling rested, even after a full 8 hours. Not sure if it's the heat or something else but damn, I'm tired! Looking forward to coming home early after the show. Will probably check in later. Hope everyone's having a decent day/evening!

The show was "It Shoulda Been You", which apparently just left Broadway last year. It was super cute and I won't spoil anything but there was a major plot twist I wasn't expecting. My friend who was in it played a drink-swilling, man-chasing, gossipy saucy trollop, and she played it to a "T". I'm proud of her. Wish I had such abilities. edit to say: I approve of the new avi!
