I got you're email. I'm not upgraded, so I can't reply. It was just the usual beef pot roast cut. I'm not sure. I didn't cook it or buy it, one of the roommates did. All I know, she was basting the damn thing every 15 min. I'm surprised it even cooked at all. LOL
