I'm not in good space. I hide it well all of the time, but I'm having a bit of a harder time this week. Everything physically is double (at least) this week. Even though I know why that is, I can't control or stop the physical stuff. I hate that. I have a strong mind and used to be able to 'convince' myself out of feeling like shit. This is hard to explain, unless you've personally done it yourself at some point. I really can't explain it, at least not at this moment. But the problem is, I can't do that anymore. Like the physical stuff has finally started to gain some speed in the race.

Not too drastic, but noticeable to myself. Kind of like...on a scale of 1 - 10...

I know what you mean too Simple. Been there...gotta know it will pass. Gotta relax and meditate. It's what I do and have visualized my problem as like a iceburg in troubled areas and turned in sun or sunshine...I don't know what you are referring to but prayer meditation are very powerful.

Hi simple France is fantastic i already took 5 kilos In 3 weeks, if it continue like that i gonna be a naughty fat cat! I found a work In 1 day and my wife has allocation 200% because we come from switserland ( non cense !!!) my .Macbook is dead so i use my hands for the moment! I continu to have dreams and visions!
