Physically I'm fine, but mentally I feel drained. Even though I just had that great interview and should feel hopeful, I don't. For some reason. I've felt super irritable and have no patience and am just, well, negative. I hate feeling like this. I think work has me down - lots of issues there I can't do anything about - and I worry IF I don't get this new job what to do going forward. I shouldn't worry about something that hasn't happened, but that's what I tend to do. Sigh. It will pass. Also, the bolded part means of course you have to take care of all the medical stuff, that's very important, then just add the allowing part rather than what we typically do which is some version of "oh, I can't stand this or, I hate to feel this way, or, this had better stop or I don't know what I'll do" kind of thoughts (that would be resistance).
