I went to see that neurologist today and after explaining to him what happened a couple of weeks ago and doing a few physical exams he didn't find it necessary to test my brain. : ) He said it was a normal fainting situation (whatever the hell a 'normal' faint is lol) likely due to dehydration. No reason to believe or even test to see if it was a seizure. I like that!  I don't need seizures in my life. Like I said before, that's game changing and I am home alone A LOT. It would be a huge issue. So today I am grateful. Well, I am grateful everyday, but today I am a little more so. : ) I'm sorry to hear about your head cold. But she's obviously not getting it. During the summer where I live they do a bi-weekly mosquito spraying in my neighborhood (have for years, it's not a Zika thing). They remind people of it for days beforehand, so people can bring pets and their water bowls inside. They also remind people to shut any open windows. Hey, you did your part and tried to warn her- the rest is up to her now. |
