Hi everyone, hope it's a good sunday thus far. I met up with an old friend for brunch that I haven't seen in over a year. It was an awesome, really nice brunch. The type that costs too much and you can never eat your money's worth, but it's been so long that I've been to a fancy brunch like that, I enjoyed it.

Now anxiously focused on the baseball game. Must-win for us today, and even if we do, we need San Fran to lose in order to go to the wild-card tie breaker tomorrow. we are looking good, but San Fran is up by 5 already in their game. It may sound silly, but playoff baseball changes people around here. It puts everyone in a good mood, rallies everyone together, and people are kinder to one another. Crime typically dips a tad. Seriously! And we're fortune enough to have gone to the playoffs the last several years, so the idea of not having that month of peace, love and happiness this year (when I could really use it) really bums me out. Come on, miracle!
