I never have earthquake dreams so will share and maybe it will have GLP effect. I was watching the Weather Channel in my dream and they broke in to give details of an earth quake or huge event and it was all along the New Mardrid. I will look at a map and see if I can remember the states , they where whited out on map ?  forget the GLP effect. its bullshit. i can't believe people see that as real preventing method lol. to each is own but keep it honest here. Either things happen or they don't. there is no known technology to manipulate the future and its outcomes... Big ones are overdue in some places on this earth and we all know it. We have to live with it and monitor it. I think it's not so much actual belief, but the desire to feel that we can control it somehow. If that makes sense. It's a desire to feel a sense of control over something that we are powerless against. Which I feel is natural.
