Ahhhh!!!! CS : ( It does look a lot better now though. Unreal that this all happened from bowling. Totally sucks my friend, but you are making great progress! Keep it up!  Thank you, Simple! And the worst part about it? I didn't even make it past the 3rd frame - the 3rd frame on lane 13 right at the start of Mercury Retrograde and BAM... Totally sucks indeed. But, hey - it could be worse - I could have completely torn both left and right quad tendons.  You're a trooper!  Haha - on some days I definitely doubt that. Some days are most definitely better than others! I'm tired but I can't sleep. I always have this issue in the days surrounding Super Moons. It's like insomnia x's 2.
