If you have time some time Jazzy, I would love to hear your mac and cheese recipe! It's super easy bigD and it's made with colby cheese instead of cheddar. Aged cheese is a migraine trigger and that's a big no no for me. Colby isn't aged. Use your own choice/mix of choices. If you prefer a soupy, creamy type, this recipe isn't what you want though. It's rib sticking and heavy. Just put a layer of boiled macaroni (I use elbow) in a 2 quart baking dish. Cover with shredded colby and 1 1/2 tbsp. real butter. Add a second and third layer of the same. Pour 3/4 cup milk over the layers. Sprinkle toasted bread crumbs on the top and bake until lightly browned around the edges. To know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders. A rock in bad hands killed Abel. A rock in good hands killed Goliath. It isn't about the rock. A true warrior fights not because he hates the one in front of him, but because he loves those behind him. INTP-A |
