Yes, rare. Only 14 quakes there 4.0 and above since 2004. Largest being 4.8 and there was one other 4.7 (both in 2013).

Solar Wind and Aurora

We haven't seen the big aftershocks yet.. a 6.5 is really minor compared to the mainshock. I don't think all the pressure has been released. Something is still brewing.

We should have 6+ almost daily if we were to catch up on previous years averages (6.0-6.9). That is why I keep talking about December as very dangerous.

Speaking of Trump (Luis), my IT guy just came by the office and says to me 'so you're a Trump fan' lol. I said yes, why? He said he saw my FB haha. He is also a Trump fan and said he lost a $30,000 contract because he had a Make America Great Again bumper sticker on his car and the decision-maker at the company who terminated his contract did so because of that.

How petty and ridiculous! Their loss. This guy is great at what he does.
